"Prices feel a bit too high"
mangagamer’s prices feel steep to me. I still check in during sales, but, uh, the discounts usually aren’t enough to convince me to grab much.
Some of the older titles are still pricier than I expected, which makes it harder to shop there when you’re trying to stick to a budget. I like browsing the site, I just wish the deals were a little better...

"Decent selection, but the site could be easier to use"
To be fair, the games are there and I was able to get through checkout in the end, but the website feels outdated and clunky. Searching and filtering could be a lot smoother, and a few pages took me a minute to figure out. The checkout wasn’t terrible, just not super clear at first. I’d really like to see a cleaner layout, especially on mobile. It’s not the worst site I’ve used, but it feels more frustrating than it really needs to be...

"Checkout was smooth"
Grabbed a game on mangagamer.org and the payment part was chill. Checkout loaded without any drama, and my order popped up right after I paid. The only thing is the layout feels kinda old-school, so I had to double-check where to click once. Not a big deal tho. Overall, it did what it was supposed to

"Downloads keep failing halfway"
Every time I try to download something , it gets about halfway through and then just fails . It’s annoying , especially when I have to keep starting over .

I looked through the catalog expecting there to be more worth checking out, but it felt limited. A lot of the items seemed outdated or just not my style, and it was harder than I expected to find anything I actually wanted. I ended up leaving without buying anything, which was disappointing because I thought there’d be better options.

I picked up a couple of titles, the translation just didn’t feel right to me. It’s hard to explain, but my gut reaction while reading was that the English sounded awkward and unnatural. There were weird phrases, typos, and lines that made me stop and think, “Wait, is that how someone would actually say this?” It kept pulling me out of the story, which is a shame because I wanted to get into it.

DRM just makes the whole thing feel weird. Like I paid for the game, but half the time it still feels like I don’t actually own it?? It’s frustrating, ngl.

"Support just leaves you hanging"
I had a problem with my account and reached out to support, but I ended up waiting days without getting any real help. It mostly felt like my message was just ignored. I tried following up again, but still didn’t get anything useful back. I’m fine with waiting a little if there’s some kind of update, but getting nothing is really frustrating. Overall, the whole experience left me feeling disappointed and not very valued as a customer
